Every child is a star
A star atlas charts the whole sky and gives every star its own place. We named our school after one because every child is a star who needs to find their place on the map to shine brightly.
That is what we help students do: through authentic expression, self-discovery, cooperation and a clear view of the global careers open to them.
Two curricula
can be overwhelming
Your child studies at a new school abroad, but you want to keep up with your national curriculum in case you return home. Or your child follows the national programme but is aiming for an international university.
Either way, it means two curricula, two sets of textbooks, and the same topic taught twice in different ways, at different times. It's exhausting,
and it doesn't have to be.
One map, many routes
Most curricula cover the same ground in a different order, with different names and different books. We've mapped them onto each other. Every lesson teaches one learning objective and is tagged with each curriculum and exam it belongs to.
Choose the exams you're preparing for and you get a single topic map. Shared topics are studied once, extra topics appear only where an exam requires them, and you can always see what's done.

Katherine Sev
Founder & Principal
A passionate educator and career consultant, Katherine brings exceptional expertise to her role as Principal of Astra Atlas Academy. Her academic credentials include a Master's in Educational Planning from UCL Institute of Education, NPQH, PGCHE and PRINCE2. As both founder and educational leader, she draws on her background in economics, educational research and educational consulting to create a truly distinctive learning environment where students are empowered to chart their own course toward academic excellence and personal fulfilment.
Questions parents ask
Mathematics is mapped across Cambridge International AS & A Level and O Level, AQA and Edexcel A Level, Pearson Edexcel International A Level, the IB Diploma, ЕГЭ, Gaokao, the US curriculum, CBSE and JEE, ENEM, PAES, WAEC and YKS. Other subjects will follow.
We prepare students; they register for the exams themselves, for example as private candidates at an exam centre, or through their national school system. We can advise on the options.
Lessons are prepared in English, Spanish, Russian and Chinese, so each student can study in the language they choose.
Yes. Choose every exam you are preparing for. Shared topics appear once, and extra topics appear only where an exam requires them.
